The Ordering Process

(1) Contact Us

The first step is always to get in contact with us, via our contact form, email or phone. We will assist you in understanding what you require and how we are best able to facilitate for this. If you are able to provide a site photo, we are able to overlay any design into a photograph to help you visualise a design in situ. See more about our free design overlay service here.

(2) Quotation Pack

If you are happy with our 3D frame design, or if you’re simply after a quote from us, we will provide you with a quotation pack. Note, we will require site measurements from yourselves prior to completion of a pack. The pack will contain a number of 3D designs which show the measurements of the oak frame structure and interpretations of how it will look onsite. It will also contain the price of the product and estimated delivery date. An example of a quotation pack is downloadable here.

 
 

(3) Confirmed Order

Once the measurements, price and delivery requirements are confirmed, we will request a deposit and then place an order for the oak required for your structure as well as and any peripherals such as glass or decking. The deposit value will be 60% of the total price agreed. At this stage, we will also confirm an estimated delivery date.

(4) Delivery

You can either collect in person from our workshop or we can deliver to you for an additional cost dependent upon your location. We usually deliver ourselves, rather than using a third party so that we can discuss face to face any questions you may have regarding the installation.

All of our products are made-to-order. The length of time between a confirmed order and delivery depends on the product and can be anywhere between 3 and 10 weeks.
